Chalkboards have made it onto the list of chick decor items of the year. Or at least I think they have based on all the pictures I have seen of chalkboards and chalkboard paint being used. I think they are great when used the right way. Not sure yet how I feel about having a wall turned into a chalkboard in my bedroom or kitchen but it could be way fun in a play room or kids bedroom. There are definitely many useful and cute ways to use chalkboards in decor all throughout the home and in party decor.
