I May Have Lived Near D.C. My Whole Life But....

I always have to ask where the Washington Monument is and I always get an "are you dumb" look in response because it's always visible from where I am standing.

But when I look at this it doesn't scream to me Washington Monument. Nope! It screams the PENCIL!!!! Ah I have lived here way to long.
